By taking the brand new unique HandEvac System course, team members can quickly and efficiently move people away to a position where they can be helped to first aid or emergency assistance or even to utilise toilet facilities.

Individuals can be moved without being unnecessarily manhandled and with least risk to the operatives. The simple and special equipment is available in one size which can be used for a range of different sized individuals, from large children up to large adults weighing 45 stone! The device can even be used in conjunction with a slide sheet. It allows a secure, controlled move with a manufacturer recommendation of minimum of two operatives - (we recommend four) - and a maximum of eight operatives, spreading the load and reducing injury to the operatives. The device is low cost, small, light, simple to store and very robust and hard wearing. We recommend it is used in conjunction with a carry chair for efficient end destination delivery.

This unique MSA course has been designed for those team members who work within stadiums, theatres, cinemas, aircraft or train cabins - where large or medium seating is in place. It is aimed at those who undertake any emergency manual handling movement activities at work. This highly enjoyable course introduces students to the basic hazards of manual handling, the risks and controls available and how to format a basic manual handling risk assessment and utilize the equipment with the aim of reducing injuries related to the manual handling of people in emergency situations.
