Our Manual Handling training provides the vital knowledge to help reduce the risks of injury in the workplace. This vital training can help to avoid back problems and less obvious injury to hands, arms and feet. Injuries are not always immediate and can occur over a long period of time. Our courses include Movement of Objects courses and People Moving Skills training. These are ideal for Factory/Shop/Office staff as well as both Carers and Care Workers and anyone moving less able bodied people.

Conflict and Aggression Learning Management Course (C.A.L.M)

The CALM course is expressly for all staff and team members who are employed in customer facing roles. Giving students the necessary skills to deal with difficult people, it is a comprehensive guide to handling conflicted and aggressive situations. Suitable for a wide range of work places, including retail and public service environments, the MSA C.A.L.M course can also reduce staff stress and increase morale and productivity

Manual Handling Made Easy - Use the Brand New MSA Approved Pro Move System

By taking the brand new unique HandEvac System course, team members can quickly and efficiently move people away to a position where they can be helped to first aid or emergency assistance or even to utilise toilet facilities.  Individuals can be moved without being unnecessarily manhandled and with least risk to the operatives. The simple and special equipment is available in one size which can be used for a range of different sized individuals, from large children up to large adults weighing 45 stone!

The Body Language - Aggression Recognition level Entry Course

This course is designed to teach those dealing with conflicted and aggressive individuals on a daily basis, the tell tale signs of anger escalation to look and listen out for. Because at a sub conscious level people are not in control of their body language an understanding of the physical signs and displays used by humans is a vital tool for team members. Ideal for Youth Workers, Alternative therapists and anyone in a one to one customer/client facing role.
